Absolutely.

Our pediatric program is a fantastic program.

We serve children of all ages.

We serve children with the breadth of the unfortunate diseases that children suffer from.

We are the regional hub for pediatric care in the region.

And that's an important responsibility.

So is this some welcome good news in terms of your ability to recruit, retain, and maybe even train more the folks you need to fill some of these positions.
