C
27:35Chet BennettHOST
Do you guys envision that an SCR style or approach, does that give advisors a little bit better evidentiary record? Does it create discoverable documentation that could cut, you know, against them from an arbitration standpoint? What are kind of your initial take on that?
M
27:52Michael KothakotaGUEST
I mean, I think I think it creates a discoverable documentation, but everything is discoverable from for us anyway.
M
28:02Michael KothakotaGUEST
We sign a lot of we sign a lot of a lot of rights when we decide to become financial planners, regulated advisers, whatever it might be.
M
28:12Michael KothakotaGUEST
So I think having a more rigorous record something that can stand up like there is hey we have I can I have observable evidence that this is working now where I think the one place I think you can cut against somebody doing this is if they have evidence that what they're the thing that the thing works and they stop doing it they do something different So, yeah, that can be that can be an issue.
M
28:37Michael KothakotaGUEST
They will do something for a short period of time and then they will stop doing it.
M
28:41Michael KothakotaGUEST
And then, well, why did you stop doing what was working? So I think that can cut against them.

Can you walk us through an example of the sort of pitfalls or cost or whatever, however you wanna frame it, when expert domain-specific advice is delivered in silos? So if you have, like, the investment expert and the tax expert working separately as opposed to integrated.
M
62:30Michael KothakotaGUEST
They've got a person who does, like, whatever, and maybe they don't have somebody to coordinate it all.
M
62:36Michael KothakotaGUEST
So they've got a tax person, they got a investment guy, they've got a insurance guy, they've got a estate gal, all those things, right? They say all of these things, and they go to those people, and th-they say, "Hey, here's my situation.
M
62:52Michael KothakotaGUEST
Here are the things that I wanna do." That person will ask really good questions about their domain.
