Do you regret that?

I suppose we have 340,000 workers across the island on strike today as well as next Wednesday.

There is going to be impact.

We don't want to see people not getting paid.

This is about pay.

This is about cost of living crisis and people and families struggling.

So obviously it's not a position anybody wants to see.

But there's a wider Galway area that are taking to the picket lines today and various different sectors, not just education, third level and health.
