Um, but when we see, as you said, these conditions which, which are peaking right now and, and overnight, um, we start to, um, even, uh, uh, take that even more seriously.

So we are in regular coordination with local jurisdictions and different fire departments in the area to make sure that we're all ready to stand up and respond at any point that a fire was to start in, in our region.

Um, but also, you know, what you're seeing behind us is an example of the type of work that the Oakland Fire Department and the city of Oakland does year-round.

Um, if people are realizing that their brushes may be, you know, uh, overgrown at this point, is now the time to get out some of that machinery and try to tackle it, or should they wait this red flag warning out?
