Well, I mean, I think they are interconnected.

I think fixing the system is what fixes the problems identified in this survey.

You make the working conditions what emergency physicians want to do, and you bring people back into the fold.

People are driven away because of the hard working conditions and the solutions.

Really fundamentally, it starts with accountability.

It starts with articulating who is responsible for what, what are they responsible for, and what are the deliverables we expect and the consequences from not meeting that at a federal level, at a provincial level, at a municipal and local level.
