And, and something that people haven't, you know, discussed about, you know, let's go into the data center conversation with you, is there are, you know, w- people are worried about, you know, water.

Well, do you fill up your water in your car every day to keep it cool? No.

There's closed loop systems, so you can have protections that would protect people's resources and, and you'd be able to go down that road of actually putting in, you know, planned development strategic with the people in the community.

And you're right, 400 acre place, that's a lot of unused land.
