So what's the advice then for older people?
3:25
Yeah, so our main advice is to keep cool, stay hydrated and be sun smart to avoid skin damage.
3:34
So what that means is keeping cool, staying inside during the hottest part of the day, which is 11am to 3pm, wearing light clothes, loose fitting, closing the curtains in your house by day and opening the windows at night.
3:52
And then you can also use a wet cloth or towel to keep your skin cool.
5:19
Well, you know, what's your advice for parents out there who have young children, babies in their seat? What should they be doing?
5:26
yeah so i have a nine month old baby myself and you know it is a challenge to keep them cool in the seat you know you want to be offering them extra milk or or if they're over six months you can often extra water to keep them cool you know strip them down to their nappies to avoid them from overheating give them you know a cool bath or you know use a damp muslin cloth to cool their skin And if you're going outside, make sure that they have a hat on and have sun cream over SPF 50 would be great.

Okay, so where does a world-class book actually begin? If you're going to say someone's going to write a world-class book or create one, where do you start? The idea, clarity, structure? I was
17:17
going to say exactly that.
17:18
It begins right at the idea stage.
17:21
So, yeah, if you have the wrong idea to begin with, it doesn't matter what you do down the track, you might still produce a good book at the end of the day, but you're not going to produce the right book for your business.
17:33
um i mean you and i andrew have heard of this plenty of times where someone's literally written a whole book like 60 70 80 000 words and then throwing it in the bin because they've realized they had the wrong idea so it does happen people do write whole books and then literally throw them away So you've got to have the right idea to begin with.
17:53
And that takes a bit of work.
17:55
Some people have a list of, I mean, you've probably got a list of your next 20 books you're going to write, Andrew.
