in the process? Let's switch gears for a second and talk about how often are you writing music? Are you writing every day?

Yeah.

Uh, well right now I'm writing a book and so that's been my primary creative outlet, but I'm always making something.

So if I'm not, uh, but even while I'm writing a book, I'm making some music too occasionally.

So I, it's, There's always some music happening somewhere, but even if it's the occasional project like this book where most of my creative energy is not musical, there's always something happening.

And what's the book about? It's sort of actually kind of that idea of how do we share a spiritual life together? I had an experience with my daughter recently.

Lulu who has Down syndrome and she was having a hard time sleeping for the longest time and it was hard because she has Down syndrome it was sometimes hard to talk to her about what was going on like we could put a piece together there was some like stuff going on at school and some mistreatment and stuff but it was kind of hard to know what was going on but her nervous system was just amped And we haven't raised our daughters to be super religious or anything.

How do you explain your current spiritual view to people? And I think as we talked about it, I think that's what the book's about also.
