Good morning, Michael.
140:14
Well, we're going to lighten the mood a little bit.
140:15
All right.
140:16
Talk about auto accidents, okay?
140:18
Yeah, really.
140:19
That's the way it is.
140:21
So we have, as most people know, these cards that are available that tell you what to do when you're involved in an accident.
140:28
And they're very useful because people get a little bit nutty when you're in an accident.
140:16
Good morning, Michael.
140:17
I'm so excited to hear that Francis Scott Key was also a barrister.
140:21
Yeah.
140:22
So, so there's some connection.
140:23
And a great story.
140:25
Uh, you know, it's, it's too bad more of us don't hear that story, uh, especially, uh, around this time of year and especially this year.
140:33
Anyway, uh, it was great to hear it.
140:34
Thank you everybody for coming out to the party.

So what happened when they got there?
21:14
Well, it's funny.
21:15
One of the first things that happened when they got there, when they got... out of the vehicles is they immediately realized these are not bear prints.
21:24
And the first person to realize that was Wes Summerlin.
21:27
And Wes Summerlin actually made a comment to Vance and my dad, and this is recounted in Bigfoot of the Blues, Vance's book, I believe, that Wes immediately recognized the footprints of this animal.
21:42
as one that he had encountered before.
21:45
And he had affectionately named this particular Bigfoot Big Jim and had made casts on multiple occasions of this animal.

Like, uh, He refers to somebody as an asshole at one point in his own handwriting and things, whatever.
140:42
Good morning, Michael.
140:43
Good morning.
140:43
Well, that was fascinating.
140:45
Uh, one great lawyer to another, uh, lawyer, you know?
140:49
Yeah.
140:49
Pretty, pretty, pretty exciting stuff.
140:51
Um, I was asked the other day what our most difficult cases are, and, uh, it's pretty clear.
140:59
Parking lot cases and parking lot pedestrian cases are really, really difficult.
