What was the thought process, the two of you in that room, that you were purposely going to shrink instead of grow?

The first thought was we had tried everything to grow or what we thought was everything at the time and nothing changed.

Move the needle.

Nothing was working.

There was just no gas in the engine.

So we sat there and tried all the best practices that we knew and all the best practices that we had looked up online or read a book about over the last six months to try and figure out how to get this thing to go.

And it was just stalling out.

When did it plateau? Why did it plateau? And what did you do or what are you doing to get out of that?
