about the word next generation, a few of us in a group chat were joking and saying, you know, there was emerging leaders, but now with three of us in, in leading the society, it's like, we've already emerged.

We're the, the current leadership.

But for the profession, I think when you're looking at those who have not obtained their CPA as of yet, it's becoming more and more gold.

Like with less people able to do what we do, it is becoming more and more valuable with the introduction of AI and all the new technology that's coming in.

it's allowing us to really showcase our value.

Our value isn't doing what a calculator or anyone with a basic understanding of Excel can do.
