You know, how do you go about that when it is such a sort of short term, almost impact that you have to make at a club to get any time there?
24:01
Well, I think some of that is my fault.
24:03
You know, I had four and a half years at Cheltenham Town where I started my career and started my management career.
24:08
And I left them in a really good place, but I thought I'd taken them as far as I could.
24:12
I went to Barnsley and it was an unbelievable year in terms of connecting a team a group a fan base with you know it was broken the football club every player wanted to leave and to get beat in the last second at Wembley hurt but to get that in 12 months and I left and it was a mistake to leave I've just said to you I've said it openly before it was I chose the wrong time to leave so that's on me and then obviously this one that was on that was my mistake so I don't blame anyone else other than me for that one and then the last two clubs for different reasons you know it's We thought we were doing a decent job at Huddersfield, but what we had at the time, we realised that they needed a big change.
24:51
They probably needed to get to the summer, but you don't get that opportunity, which is fine.
24:56
I don't walk around, poor me, woe me, it's not fair.
26:20
Is that a rarity in the game at the moment?
