And I'm really curious, as you've defined your career ecosystem and as you've started the journey of embedded career learning, what have been some of the gems and bright spots?

But I'm really excited about some of the work they've done in CNS.

One of the things that we discovered, so in our College of Natural Sciences, we have an enormous number of students who aspire to medical careers in medical professions.

When we talk to those students, even though we have a health professions office, when we talk to students and ask, where are you getting the information you need about that career path? they were all over the place.

Can you tell us about some of those efforts and how you see core curriculum review helping the broader career ecosystem efforts?
