It fascinates me, the idea that there's a cost saving in having something manufactured in Poland and shipped all the way here to be turned into apartments in Sydney.

Um, it's never going to be the cheapest thing, right? So there's a cost saving, you know, a lot of builders is one of the things I don't understand about building.

I'm relatively new into this industry.

This is my second, second career.

So, If you look at it widget versus widget, it can be expensive.

If you look at end product as an equivalent end product compared to a hand-built or something done here, it ends up a lot cheaper.

Not always, but most of the time and with less risk.

Is that right?
