When somebody signs up for this tool, do they get access to your SOPs or how do they go from having nothing signing up to having a library of SOPs?

Yeah, good question.

A lot of my SOPs would make zero sense to you and would be not helpful at all.

But I did go through it and I found around 40 that I was like, these are pretty universal, helpful SOPs.

So I kind of took out all the direct links to my business pages and Google pages and stuff like that and included those in there.

So yeah, anyone who signs up with RentalMind starts off with 40 SOPs.

that they'll just want to read through and make sure this is what they want for their business.

Yeah, it's probably like five years ago now.

I was listening to a podcast.

I mean, I heard the term second brain.

Probably a lot of listeners have heard the term second brain.

This concept comes from a book, or at least that's where I know it, from Tiago Forte.

How do you think about, you know, what the next six months or a year is going to look like as far as managing both or doing more or less of one?

So how did that come about and how is that part of the business going before we jump into RentalMine?

Yeah.

I'll start with what happened that caused the need for this organization because I started managing and co-hosting and I got three clients over the course of like a year.

It took me a while to get there because I've always been kind of slow and methodical and operational based.

But then I had a conversation with someone who had a boutique hotel, 14 units on the Washington coast, which is kind of in my state.

And, and, They asked if I wanted to manage it.

And I said yes.

I know you and I have chatted a little bit about it, but So I kind of explained what the next level is for this and what Rental Mind is really designed to do and how it's going to help revolutionize this side of the business.
