I just don't think that the American people are going to buy that.
20:24
You have to ask yourself, where's the leadership of the Democratic Party that these lunatics get into place um and it here again you know i'd ask this from day one how did an idiot like tim waltz get to be governor of a medium-sized state okay and the the only answer well you know minnesota nice and the guy's a good socialist and blah blah But I was hearing, because we did a lot of business in Minnesota years ago, and my rep out there was sort of this hard-ass guy.
21:06
And I'm talking about the 80s and 90s.
21:10
He was complaining about the way things were going and all the corruption.
21:15
And you could imagine how much worse it got since then.
21:21
And these people were sort of brainwashed into, yeah, you know, It's true there's corruption, but we have to provide for the downtrodden because it's Minnesota nice and this kind of vague Scandinavian social welfare whatever that

15 MINS LATER

36:46
Well,
36:46
Michigan, unfortunately, has always had this tradition of what they used to call, when I was a kid, Chaldeans.
1:51
And
1:52
even though the people were mostly idiots, I mean, let's be honest, the takeover didn't succeed.
1:59
So I'm thinking that there's still enough left of the American spirit to overcome this.
2:07
And despite massive immigration and the hegemony, if you will, of this anti-Western philosophy, God knows where that came from other than being satanic.
2:21
I mean, I can't imagine why this entire narrative developed other than what, left-wing professors deciding to be clever or something while they live in this protected environment.
2:38
But nonetheless, you're right, it's a real threat.
2:43
But I think people have finally woken up and they're fighting back.

48 MINS LATER

50:34
Well,
3:02
that
3:03
if they develop a therapy that is effective, then the answer is you give that therapy to everybody all the time in, you know, in spades.
3:13
So the example of my personal case was when I had Hodgkin's back in the 90s, you know, radiation is very effective.
3:23
Right.
3:24
Probably if a little radiation is good, then let's zap the living hell out of this guy, which left some side effects.
3:31
And the point is, while there are side effects of radiation, they could have cut it back 30, 40 percent.
3:39
So what would happen with vaccines was A couple of things, unfortunately.

13 MINS LATER

16:19
that?
6:42
What do you think?
6:44
Well, it's interesting you mention all that.
6:47
I mean, there's been just a deluge of this sort of thing that we're going to lose, and it's terrible, and then even deeper that I guess for people that don't follow this very, very carefully, the quote-unquote revelation is that red states are all rhino, as if we didn't know that.
7:11
I mean, that's virtually the definition of a rhino.
7:14
You have a Republican state, so-called, and you find that the office holders in those states are just the opposite because all you have to do is paint an R on your chest and you're gonna get elected.
7:28
But it's sort of, I think, a gloom and doom thing to try to quench the spirit of the MAGA people.
7:38
And, you know, there's reason to feel down.

51 MINS LATER

58:27
Anyway, so Mike, I'm not going to ask you about your substack, but we-
21:27
I agree.
21:28
And where it got worse, I wrote about this years ago, the thing that finally killed science was that after World War II, and the promotion of college, crummy state colleges became research universities.
21:48
And they got these federal budgets, and they do these grants to do whatever.
21:54
So it became a big money thing.
21:56
And if you wrote the right grant proposal, you'd get the money.
22:02
And it was very simple.
22:03
All you had to know was which way the wind was blowing.

20 MINS LATER

42:03
I think we're going to find out Wednesday when there's going to be a ruling on it.
