Yeah.

And I caught it.

I caught the pattern, took a breath, and clammy and sweaty, I walked in and did the orientation and got through it.

But again, what led me to that was the curiosity, and then understanding humility, that I almost had to come at it like a child and a young kid again in order to grow and learn.

And I learnt that a lot in the, the theme park industry too.

I was, for a long time, a very efficient manager before I became what I think was a more effective leader, and understanding the difference between the two.

And for me, the curiosity about the other was the guest, and thinking less about the what I needed to do and more what they expected from us.
