So some of the coaches in place know and understand that, but then they have, you know, people who've been in it for four decades, they're on their fourth decade and now what do they do? So what would you give those coaches that are maybe trying and they're doing to a great job or at least attempting to and what do they need to do to help fill that gap in their salon of those maybe the people who are in their first decade the stylists are in their first decade to the stylists that are in their fourth decade

yeah you know again you're what you're pointing to is so huge uh typically uh the people that are in let's say they're 40 something or 50 somethings.

The good news is many of those people have children, sons and daughters that are close to the age of people coming into the industry.

And so part of this is that their belief is This is what I had to do when I came to work in this salon and they should have to do it too.

First of all, you're entitled to whatever opinion you have, but that hasn't been working.
