Tell me more.
3:00
And so my brother and his best friend came to me with an idea when we were at Cal State Fullerton to start a food delivery company.
3:08
So think Grubhub, DoorDash, Uber Eats.
3:11
But this was 1993 before the internet and before mobile technology.
3:15
So...
3:17
We didn't know what we didn't know and we were in school and we started the business and we got a little traction.
3:21
We had to drop out of college when we started building this company and then the internet came and mobile came and we had to adapt to that and Then we brought in some people to help us understand how to actually build a company.

11:39
Okay, tell me what inspires you to be so giving.
10:31
So talk a little bit about, you mentioned CEOs, like talk about like the role that you think a CEO plays, maybe not in contrast, but in harmony with however you want to say it, like his or her leadership team, right? Like what's the role of the CEO to make sure that things get done and the company is going in the right direction, making those tough decisions or whatever it might be?
10:55
I like to think that there's five things CEOs really own when it relates to, to answer your question.
11:00
The number one thing that they own is cash.
11:02
Okay.
11:03
Business cash is oxygen for businesses.
11:06
So as a CEO, as a founder, the reason you hear those things like, oh, or an entrepreneur, oh, they have sleepless nights.
11:12
Yeah.
16:04
So like, what are the sort of the ramifications of that when that, when that's the case?
