And so they're very good about just making you feel at home.

It's very important for our staff to treat each person as an individual and know that each person has a special need and they're not just a number.

And so from the time they get brought back for their chief complaint to their visit through, and then as they get discharged and then calls and follow-ups and all that, that they're going to have continuity of care and that they feel like a person, not just a disease.
