And so I guess my question is, how does this problem stay so hidden?

There are six people in a house that was meant for two.

And a couple of those roommates are paying a lot less on rent and they don't have the ability to pony up with the same amount.

And so they're living with the stress of relying on their friends and they're living with the stress of not knowing if next semester they're actually going to be able to wiggle their way into this space or they're going to be somewhere else.

And those type of stressors.

on the student who's also working, who's also trying to keep their grades up is not conducive to success at the college.

And so that's where we start to see retention rates drop.

How much of this is a problem of not having enough financial aid? Or do you work with that financial aid department or is it completely separate?
