How are you using it? And like, if you, you know, advice for a junior engineer, you said you have, but are you guys hiring or do you hire junior engineers in 2026?

We're not hired anyone this year.

The, I don't know.

I think, I think it's a, it's a hard topic because like looking at it from the point of view as an employer, business owner, right.

You know, what kind of stuff do you expect a junior to do? It's the kind of things that AI is actually really great at and it's better than any junior.

So there's that factor.

But then there's also the factor of, well, okay, I still think that developers with some experience are very valuable and you can't just give AI to any non-technical person with no experience and expect good outcomes, right? So the question becomes, well, how do people get into that position and they need some experience.

And so what is your dev setup like now that you've, you know, started using AI?
