Actually, at the moment, the farce we put out, it's a bit minimal because most of the time our team is able to deliver.

In the march of AI, do you have downward pressure from clients saying, we've heard of this AI thing, we want to drop our 200 CS agents down to 100 and you need to figure that out? Do you get downward pressure in that regard? Just this assumption that AI can fix everything?
