What Where does an AI agent fit inside an actual warehouse or maybe a supply chain execution environment? Where does an agent make sense to implement from that standpoint?

That's the million dollar question to answer.

And industrial AI agents, as I said before, also with where to integrate AI, it needs to have a defined roles, limited decision rights also, especially when you have a lot of data, like we had with the root cause analysis, with data availability, where it can gather the context, evaluate the different options and then take actions in here.

And also where it's not, safety critical right now.

For example, if an AI agent is surveilling all of your maintenance demands right now, if it sends out a maintenance or service staff in the warehouse once too much, yes, that is costs that occur and we need to refine the model to that, but that is not safety critical.

It's more critical, of course, if it would not send it out due to critical maintenance topic that we have.

So that AI agent needs to develop the skills to do that with a human in the loop, of course.

Can you talk to the warehouse employees, the managers that are out there that might be listening, and help them understand where AI can assist them in playing more analytical and decision support roles And what kind of skills should they be looking to develop so they can work side by side with these AIs going forward?
