4:40
So what did you want to do when you were young?
4:42
When I was young, what did I want to do? I think, honestly, it was, like, the classic kind of, like, becoming a professional footballer, or, like, as a, like, soccer player, and, like, that's kind of what it...
4:52
So there was nothing special there.
4:55
And then as I kind of was growing up, it's...
4:57
But now we're going into a bit of later stages of my life.
5:00
Like, I went through business school, and then all my friends essentially became, like, investment bankers and consultants.
5:05
And I think it's the same thing as, like, whenever you grow up, you always want to become what your peers kind of, like, value.

43:47
I want to know, was that something intentional that you tried to develop? If so, what were the core traits you tried to build around culture?
9:16
Is AI native just a, a mentality? Is it a, a learning? How does somebody go from where they might be at at the moment becoming AI native?
9:25
There's probably, like, the individual and there's the company itself.
9:27
Like, the individual, the, the journey usually is something along the lines of I use chat and I, I get into ChatGPT or Claude's.
9:33
Then the next one is kind of one of, like, oh, I've created myself a skill or workflow or something like that in it, and then you kind of start seeing the magic of something keep, keep looping through.
9:43
The next journey then, which, um, which is actually difficult to take, it's not actually difficult, but, like, it does require a kind of, like, almost, like, inspiration from someone else, is creating yourself, um, almost like an AI brain, and that's almost like the first layer of being AI native for yourself as an individual.
9:58
What I c- what I mean by that is, um, distilling all of the information about yourself in one spot.
10:04
Whatever the one spot is, it can be a GitHub repository, it can be a Notion page, it can be a massive MD file.

39:35
Are these skills that you think are innate to people? Do you think they're skills that people can learn?
9:17
Is AI native just a mentality? Is it a learning? How did somebody go from where they might be at at the moment becoming AI native?
9:25
It's probably like the individual and there's the company itself.
9:27
Like the individual, the journey usually is something along the lines of, I use chat and I get into your clothes.
9:33
Then the next one is kind of one of like, oh, I've created myself a skill or workflow or something like that in it.
9:39
And then you kind of start seeing the magic of something keep keep looping through.
9:43
The next journey then, which is actually difficult to take, it's not actually difficult, but it does require almost like inspiration from someone else, is creating yourself almost like an AI brain.
9:54
And that's almost like the first layer of being AI native for yourself as an individual.
