I think a way to think about all of this, there's different mindsets that work for different situations.

In COVID, we switch our mindsets really radically, right? We're switching to emergency situation.

And But as you said, the people, we're not cogs in a machine.

There's a role for understanding cogs.

You have to be able to recognize that we all create widgets in order to count those widgets and in order to approve those widgets.

But you also have to be able, again, to question what the widget is.
