What interventions are advised for post-op rehabilitation to affect the best outcomes and what things are we not doing?
16:44
Yeah, and I'm happy to answer that.
16:46
You know, I know from a range of motion perspective, you know, this is often a big focus, you know, from the patient, therapist, surgical team, you know, we're trying to prevent post-operative stiffness as well as obviously restore function after surgery.

We do know that like active range of motion, active assisted and passive methods are oftentimes all likely to be equally effective for the most part at the macro level.
17:08
However, that needs to be adapted to the individual patient in front of you in terms of what they're able to perform at that time point and what's most effective for them.
17:16
And so I think there's a lot of art at the therapist level in selecting the program for your patient.
17:22
But we do know that Certain things like using a CPM or bracing like into extension are not helpful.

Can you tell us a little bit about what you guys discovered in your 1100 research articles?
