Why do you do it?

Well, I've learned to embrace the uncertainty of it.

Are you a planner? I'm a planner.

I have a paper calendar and a digital calendar.

I have really evolved into the leadership role and I like to I would rather lead through the uncertainty than sit in the safety.

Um, so I like the everyday challenge, you know, of it, even though I'm a, I am a creature of habit.

I'm a planner.
