And something that I have learned over the years is the pattern of how these things can happen.

Um, people start being a Peeping Tom.

They start wandering around the neighborhood looking in windows.

Then from there they might break into people's houses and enjoy the idea that no one knows they were there.

Like, they might move something, they might steal something little, and enjoying being in a woman's space.

And then from there it can escalate to actually attacking and assaulting a woman in her home.
