All right, so outs- outside of what I'm known for on television, um, I, I am a bartender by trade.

Uh, this goes back 30-odd year- 31 years since I first stepped behind a stick or, or into a bar, uh, working.

Um- And over the time, you know, it is one of those professions where you have to sort of kind of bootstrap yourself up.

Um, I suppose I should combine this with the fact I'm Generation X.

Yeah.

What should we drink? W- could you make us a cocktail? What would you add in?

Right.

Fireplace stuff in a nice old sort of hunting lodge kind of room.

You need to drink a very old English drink called a Negus from Colonel Negus.

And that's port, little lemon juice, use some honey in there.

And normally with just boiling water, um, but I recommend doing it with some nice, say, Earl Grey tea in there.

Shake it up, have it cold rather than a hot Negus, and serve it up in a little, little martini glass.
