And so was there a particular precipitant for that?

Yeah, so I would say that, you know, the original... mix was relatively good.

But I think clearly, and I have a vested interest, that the Remix TNM9 is even better.

It is a kind of, it is a progression.

So the issues that have come to light over time, you know, since 2017, when we began to implement TNM8, are that there's stage imbalance in So most patients, you know, pre-TNM8 had stage four disease, and then the vast majority of them jumped up to stage one disease.

And so when we see patients in our clinic, most of them have stage one disease, you know, over 60% clinical stage one, over 80% pathological stage one.

And when everybody is grouped in together, then that staging system is not very discriminatory.

Actually, we think depth of invasion in tongue cancer is worth changing the T stage for as we, and I know we're getting stepping aside from the oropharynx, but I suppose it's where that comes from.
