How did you respond to Amazon? What did you do?

So I was trying to find a way to contact somebody, so I went on a few times, and I finally found a phone number to call, and it didn't work.

It didn't go through.

Like, a week later, I went back, and I found an email, and the email bounced back, saying that they were no longer accepting complaints via email.

So I finally went on and found the chat.

Like the customer service chat?

Customer service chat, yes.

And so I had to tell them via chat that my son had killed himself using this product, and it was dangerous and they had to remove it.
