And how do you feel like this is like a two-part question, like each modality found you and do you, and what did you first start to tap into, I guess would be?

Yeah, I think I've always been drawn to just everything spiritual.

And I think when I first started kind of on my path around 20 times, I was just getting into books and a book on past lives and had these sort of breadcrumbs falling in.

And I was going through something where I needed to meditate quite a bit to ground myself, to feel like I felt like there was so much chaos going on and in the world at that time where I started meditating again.

And I had this experience during that where someone's name just popped into my head who I went to school with, but we weren't close.

We weren't talking.

It was just totally out of the blue.
