So when was it like, you know, when did you get introduced? Like, okay, I'm going to start making pizza now.

So that was probably, that was like...

When I moved to go to college, so I would have been around 19 or 20, I got a job at a restaurant in Kingston called the Grizzly Grill.

I started washing dishes there and they had a wood-fired pizza oven.

And I kind of slowly worked my way up and I got onto the line and I started making pizzas and that's kind of where I fell in love with like cooking in general, I think is like, and I would decide, okay, I want, I'm going to try and pursue this as a, as a career.

And yeah, you know, I kind of, I was the pizza guy there for a long time and we did that whole thing there.

And, and then I moved up, I was, I was doing hot side, I was doing salad.
