Big question, what have you learned from doing policy in Southwest Florida?

Yeah, Southwest Florida is so interesting.

So Collier County, obviously Southwest Florida is larger than just Collier County, but Collier County is the largest county by landmass in the whole state of Florida.

And I say by landmass because I think Palm Beach technically beats us out, but they have part of the lake in their county, and so we're not counting that.

And depending on who you speak to, I'm sure maybe some of the folks in cartography could get a more exact number, but... depending whether you're talking to a developer or perhaps someone on the opposite side of the dais from a developer, about 70% of the county in Collier County is in conservation.

It is a large part on that eastern portion of the county.

So a lot of things people who live in the more urban settings, they don't even think about that part of the county.
