Menai

Nice to hear from you.

Menai, good morning, Linda.

Good morning.

Wasn't Nicole a breath of fresh air?

Ricky's playing for you.

And in Menai, we've got Nicky.

Nicky.

Good morning.

It's Nicky Menai.

Nicky Menai.

Oh, my goodness.

What have you been up to, Nicky? Put her fader

Two weeks later, Anna Dalingkoa, a 24-year-old shopkeeper who had a bunch of aliases, went missing after being seen at a King's Cross nightclub.

Her body was found in scrub south of Sydney, Illawarra Road, Menai.

Coincidentally or otherwise, it's where journalists Les Kennedy and Mark Whitaker noted that the Millard brothers and their friends would race cars, the old Illawarra Road Menai.

Detectives then and now believe those murders were linked and also connected to the murders of Christine Sharrock and Mariana Schmidt at Wanda Beach the year before.

Police investigating the murder of Anna Dowling-Coah were anxious tonight to interview the man with whom she went to keep an appointment last month.

Morning.

51 from Menai.

She's from our suburb.

I am.

Menai Massive.

Shire girl.

So you work as a HR manager.

Do you remember that? Well, while some of these suburbs aren't strictly part of the actual official parkland, they are close to each other.

There are 10 kilometres between Menai and Heathcote, as examples, and the Royal National Park has a road through it with Heathcote on one side.

So it is an enormous area.

But for all intents and purposes, it's the same stomping ground for anyone driving from elsewhere.

And if you look at the map of where she was found, off Illawarra Road in the scrub, it is the same parkland.

Anna had been seen at a King's Cross nightclub and had a number of different aliases.

In May 1979 in Menai, the body of a brothel owner from King's Cross was found in bushland a few kilometres from Heathcote, connected by Heathcote Road.

That murder was later linked to notorious hitman and serial killer Chris Flannery, who had been in Mount Penang Juvenile Detention Centre in the 60s.

13, 24, 10, we have a $100 Shell Fuel Card if you want to give something your Benson swoon.

Chris is in Menai.

What are you swooning over?

Oh, Blackers, the Australia game last night, Australia versus New Zealand, we won by two points, down to the wire.

I like it.

Sarah's in Menai.

What annoys you? People in public, go.

When they're on their phone, when they're in the queue, talking on their phone while people are waiting behind them to order.
