I think some of that's normal when you've got this little baby business that you're trying to grow.

But over the past year in particular, I've been like, okay, something's got to change.

I've got to get back to enjoying life and having time and playing with my dogs because I can see it like don't get me wrong they have fantastic lives they hike they bike they have dog friends like they spend most of their day with me but they're kind of on on the sideline I guess for a lot of it like I'm working with clients dogs and they're my main focus or spending time with my partner and things like that so coming to Bootcamp, having attended your bravery course and seeing some of the games and things that you played, coming to bootcamp for me was a chance to find some fun and find some inspiration and find some balance again.

I've been taking steps with the business over the past year to have it operate a little more efficiently without me needing to carry it the whole time.

So this was about kind of finding my spark again.
