And I would say my biggest challenge with, um, transition of care has to be with the acuity and resources that are in the hospital setting, and them just not being the same in the home environment or assisted living, and having to, um, get creative with trying to, um, do things like multiple dressing changes when you need to do that, or having, um, supplies or, um, that may not be available in those settings that are available in the hospital setting.
