And I was asked to make the BLT from the first episode But if you really read every word, there were so many nuances to it.

It wasn't just bacon, it was maple bourbon bacon.

So I made [laughs] maple bourbon bacon.

And they talked about the bread.

And at first I sort of passed over it, and then it said Portuguese bread.

And then I started going, "Well, why Portuguese? Why is Portuguese important to that area?" And I started doing all this research into it.

Right?
