Why is a month such an important amount of time or more for these kids to live in that environment? It's such a great

question.

It really so speaks to the core of what we do in terms of our immersive experiences, both in camps and in Israel.

And I think it's a combination.

Like the magic, the secret sauce comes from incredibly... powerful, intentional leaders who are our camp directors and their director teams who are leading these spaces, the kind of culture and community that they're creating, how they're training their summer staff to really be the ones who are bringing that to life for our campers in the summer.

I think I, you know, in my years working with our camping system, it's not lost on me that for many of our campers, whether they're from large communities, they're from very small communities, they're from different parts of the country.

Some may go to day school, some may go to religious school, some are not affiliated with the movement.

Why did they choose to spend a summer at the URJ camps? And what do they contribute beyond like Israeli dancing and Hebrew, especially today?
