So when somebody comes onto our program, so you do have to be in a unit before coming in.

You don't have to have that subsidy with the Housing Choice Voucher Department.

You come on with your baseline income.

So you could have a zero income.

You could have an employment income, SSI, SSDI, child support, TANF.

You don't have to be employed at time of coming on the program.
