... like, how can we relate these songs to just your day-to-day? And I'm in the school day to day.

I'm working with kids who, um, are having the most challenges, and I'm having to connect with them on a really deep level so that I can develop a rapport with them, and I'm needing to really empathize with them.

And so when Rick, for instance, writes a song about empathy, I mean, we sat in the kitchen and had this full, deep conversation.

Hmm.

And so to be able to convey that and articulate that to Rick so that he can, um, articulate that in a song and so that we can also implement this with our kids in parenting, like, that, you know, it's, it is cool how that's been able to kind of, um, like, weave into each other, you know?
