What was that decision of the interview about?
22:23
Yeah, I think...
22:24
You know, when people are looking towards a change in career or wanting to further their skills, I think there is a real opportunity to ensure that the standards are the same.
22:36
And when we're talking about, you know, turning beauty therapists into dermal therapists or helping those that maybe don't have that background understanding that want to come through and do dermal therapies.
22:51
If we have this one streamlined approach, we end up having excellent graduates that have got the same knowledge that have all come through and done the same pathway.
23:04
And what I mean by that is that when we have our cosmetic nurses, these cosmetic nurses are not only just coming through to want to do their injectables.
23:13
but they are also part of the dermal therapy stream too.

Give us some examples of, you know, what do you really see in the industry? Sometimes we make mistakes in career, choosing career paths.
73:34
Wow.
73:35
Um, and, you know, one of the things that we, we know is that gas plays an increasingly important role as a backup, um, in grids that have high levels of renewables in it, and that's particularly the case when we've got lots of people, you know, who've put rooftop solar in, which is, is great for them, but it doesn't sort of run, you know, all the time.
73:55
Um, and so, you know, just because...
73:57
I mean, when I say important, you know, one of the things we've gotta remember is important doesn't have to mean massive.
74:01
It can mean critical.
77:58
So Professor, what, what is happening in the west?
78:01
Well, uh, there certainly, uh, has been increased awareness of the risks of health... of air pollution and increased monitoring and, uh, across Victoria we have many more monitoring stations and, and by and large across Melbourne we have reasonable air quality, certainly compared to other European cities.
78:19
But we have good days and bad days and certainly on bad days in our emergency department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, we've seen increased spike in presentations of people with respiratory illness and heart attacks, and we also have pockets where the air pollution is worse and I think that's probably what this study is demonstrating.
