So what's your typical day like?

So right now, I mean, my typical day is really building out the foundation of the supply chain.

There was no supply chain team prior to me joining about three months ago.

So there's a lot of like foundational work that needs to be done.

So a lot of it is putting things in place like an inventory management system.

I mean, there are was nothing when I came in.

And to do my job well, and for any of us to do our job well in the role that I have, you have to have visibility into your inventory and where you sit.

What makes a vendor, whether that's a food vendor, a tech vendor, a service vendor, valuable to you in your supply chain?
