that's what COVA's Circuit Rider model does so well, is that in Central America you have water boards where there is a, a, an elected set of officials who are responsible for managing their water point within their community.

And often there's a paid plumber whose job it is, is to maintain the chlorinator and the water tank, and that person is being h- is receiving capacity efforts from COVA Circuit Riders to receive kind of the professional training needed to understand how to diagnose and assess problems with the system, how to refill chlorine on a regular basis.

All of those things that are needed to, to not just have safely managed water, but sustained access to sy- safely managed water.

Yeah.

And so there's, there's a wonderful research base, and it's a, it's a growing one to try to identify where that sits.
