Both within your skill sets, what do you think makes a successful, like, business partnership a- and an actual partnership? Like, do you guys have boundaries, standards, discussions? Like, what is, what, what do you find helpful in-

Um, definitely, like, I already had the skills to do this role, and it, I'm, I enjoy it.

Like, it's a job that I would do for someone else.

So, um, I think, yeah, me actually having the skills and the desire to do the role helps a lot 'cause I'm happy in my role.

Um, and then I, it took a lot of time, and I mean, like, probably years for us to really gel and, um, and work together, like, really, really well.

But I think just both being in the roles that we're good at, and we, we, like, finally found that, and now we can just do our jobs.

Um, we know what each other's, um, like, roles are and responsibilities and that sort of thing, and it's just like a job now.
