Yeah, Chris, I think to add to what Jake was also saying is it's no secret because of all the generations we have in the workforce today that it's important to acknowledge that they're all very different.

The older generation absorbs information differently.

They take in information differently.

And frankly, because of technology, we are communicating differently.

The younger generation grew up where, you know, they were getting cell phones in, you know, junior and senior high school, whereas, you know, today is even younger than that, sometimes late elementary school.

So, you know, people are learning differently.
