So when I was a young teenager, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, for those of you listening who might identify that.

And it left me in a body that was full of pain from a young age, which meant that I had to learn how to cope differently in my inside world.

And I was very lucky that my mother brought me to a yoga class at that young age.
