The story, I guess, of what happened to us, I lost my banjo earlier this year in a fire, and the banjo I was playing was almost 100 years old.

It was a good-sounding, like, traditional pre-war banjo.

It was built in the Gibson factory in 1931 by one of the main banjo luthiers back in the day.

I don't know, it was just one of the best banjos I ever heard until now I've got my hands on this one, and it's phenomenal as well.

Did you, for a time, go out there trying to seek out a sort of duplicate instrument?

I did at some point in time.

I really didn't have it in my budget at this point in time to replace something that old and that expensive.
