To be honest, yeah, well, like, this whole thing with Black Flag, it's been kind of like my first experience, um, really being involved with music in the sense of, like, performing and stuff, uh, especially on vocals.

Like, before, like, well, I played in my middle school band.

Like, I used to play the saxophone, but you know, I wouldn't really equate that too much to what I'm doing right now with Black Flag.

But, um, I feel like, uh, even from back then, like, I think I really loved being on stage.

And, um, I don't know.

I feel like I, I was never really in an environment where I felt like I could make music myself or, like, uh, be in a band or, like, kind of have that, uh, openness to try something else.

Or was it just a c- natural fit from the first gigs?
